We specialize in the development, manufacture and marketing of "extreme environment" fluids, including high-vacuum fluids. These fluids have minimal or no volatility in high vacuum environments.

Our family of SANTOVAC Fluids falls within the class of Polyphenyl Ethers, or PPEs. PPEs are considered fluids of choice since they not only have low volatility but are resistant to thermal degradation at temperatures reaching 450°C (840°F), the highest in synthetic fluids class. Because of the low volatility and ability to withstand extremely high temperatures, SANTOVAC fluids are suitable for use in e that operates in extreme environments, such as those encountered in aerospace applications, and as diffusion pump fluids. In addition to these attributes, these fluids are resistant to chemical and ionizing radiation attack, which makes their use suitable in and around e that operates in chemical and ionizing radiation producing environment.
