DEscriptION
Silicone Mold Release Formula 300 is packed in aerosol spray container with a polysiloxane compound and the product is propelled through the use of a non-CFC gas and the finished product does not contain any CFC.
Formula 300 is developed for precision injection and compression moulding of elastomers, plastic and fibre glass materials. It prevents sticking of the moulded parts to the mould surface and cavities, also to the processing and fabricating e It can also be used as a general purpose lubricant for glass, rubber, plastic and metal surfaces where friction or release is a problem.

Direction of Use
Make sure the mold surface is clean and dry.
Spray evenly from a distance of 8-10 inches (20-30 cm) to obtain good coverage.
Moving the can from side to side will give better coverage.
Do not overspray. Excessive spraying will not necessarily give better results.

Caution
Contents under pressure. Do not spray near any fire or sparks. Do not store or expose the container in places with temperature above 40°C. Do not pierce or burn the container. Use in well ventilated areas. Avoid breathing the vapor and keep out of reach of children. |
