MIL-DTL-53022E Type 2 epoxy primer is a two component lead and chromate free anti-corrosive primer, suited for high performance application.
Maximum VOC of 3.2 lbs/gal and meets MIL-DTL-53022E, Type 2 composition and performance specification. Recommended for use on aluminum and steel structures. This product may be used as a primer under CARC coatings specified in MIL-DTL-53039 or MIL-DTL-64159, MIL-PRF-22750 epoxy topcoats or MIL-PRF-85285 (non aircraft) polyurethane topcoats.
