申请拍卖公司注册的基本条件

申请从事公物拍卖企业的基本条件：
（一）拍卖企业依法成立并开展业务二年以上，上一年度拍卖成交额2000万元以上的；
（二）有2名或2名以上国家注册拍卖师；
（三）有熟悉财务会计、国有资产管理法律、法规、规章的人员；
（四）有符合公物拍卖的场所和设施；
（五）建立必要的经营管理制度，经营规范，服务良好，无违法违规经营活动记录；
（六）法律法规规定的其它条件。,
