拍卖公司注册应当具备以下条件

　　设立拍卖企业，应当具备以下条件：

　　1、有100万元人民币以上的注册资本；

　　2、有自己的名称、组织机构、住所和章程；

　　3、有与从事拍卖业务相适应的拍卖师和其他工作人员；

　　4、有符合本法和其他法律法规的拍卖业务规则；

　　5、有公安机构颁发的特种行业许可证；

　　6、符合国务院有关拍卖业发展的规定；

　　7、法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。

What conditions are required to register for an auction company

For the establishment of an auction enterprise, the following conditions shall be met:

 1. A registered capital of more than RMB 1 million;

 2. Have its own name, organization, domicile and articles of association;

 3. Auceers and other staff suitable for the auction business;

 4. Auction business rules in accordance with this Law and other laws and regulations;

 5. Have a special industry license issued by the public security organ;

 6. Comply with the regulations of the State Council on the development of the auction industry;

 7. Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
