无地域控股公司注册申请条件

Ø 依照《企业集团登记管理暂行规定》的有关要求，企业集团的名称应当由企业集团的母公司达到集团登记条件后，在申请设立或变更登记时一并提出，应提交以下资料：

Ø （一）名称预先核准登记应提交的文件、证件：

Ø 1、《名称(变更)预先核准申请书》；

Ø 2、企业集团成员的法人资格证明；

Ø 3、母公司（核心企业）对集团成员企业的持股证明或出资证明；

Ø 4、《指定（委托）书》。

Ø （二）名称变更预先核准登记应提交的文件、证件：

Ø 2、加盖母公司（核心企业）公章的《企业集团登记证》复印件；

Ø 3、《指定（委托）书》

Ø 公司主营业务：国家局核名、工商注册、代理记账、公司收转、办理不成功全额退费。

Certificate of Legal of 2, Enterprise Group Members;

Certificate of shareholding or investment certificate of 3, parent company (core enterprise) to members of the Group;

4, Specify (delegate) Book.

(2) documents and certificates that should be submitted for the pre-approval and registration of name change:

Copy of Enterprise Group Registration Certificate with the official seal of the parent company (core enterprise);

3, Specisignment (Delegation) Book

The company's main business: State Bureau name, industrial and commercial registration, bookkeeping, company transfer, and unsuccessful full refund.
