TPV(Thermoplastic Vulcanizate)热塑性硫化橡胶，也称为聚烯烃合金热塑性弹性体。要获得TPV材料说难不难，用橡胶和塑料共混动态硫化即可获得。由于硫化过程中的橡胶需要与热塑性塑料混合，因此想要制出TPV材料，需要两种材料表面能够匹配，目前常用的是EPDM和PP材料混配获得。这类功能型材料，不仅仅具备了橡胶的特征，同时具备了弹性体的特点，被划分在TPE热塑性弹性体中。
