注册拍卖公司需要几个条件

1、个人或者合伙股东就全体股东成员签署的公司章程;

2、股东的主体资格证明或者自然人身份证件原件以及复印件;

3、董事、监事和经理的任职文件及身份证件复印件;

4、开业登记资料;

5、准予核名通知书(公司申请的名字批复);

6、办公室租赁合同以及街道出具的场地临时使用证明和租赁产地备案证明。

Registered companies require the following conditions:

Articles of association signed by 1. individual or partnership shareholder in respect of all shareholders;

2. the original and photocopy of the principal certificate of the shareholder or the identity certificate of the natural person;

3. copies of directors, supervisors and managers' documents and identity documents;

4. registration data;

5. Notice of approval of the name (approval of the name of the company application);

6. office lease contract and temporary use certificate and lease place record certificate issued by street.

注册公司必须符合法律规定的低注册资本要求,一人有限公司低注册资本为10万元人民币,二人及以上注册公司低注册资本规定为3万元人民币。

特殊行业需符合行业低注册资本要求,注册国际货运代理公司必须符合注册资本低500万元人民币的要求。

企业经营范围条件

在注册公司,公司经营范围须写在营业执照上。普通的产品销售及咨询服务可以直接写入经营范围,但特殊行业或产品需办理行业许可证后,方能写入经营范围。比如,食品销售就需办理食品流通许可证。
