研究院一般都不具体生产什么，只是研究和找到完成一件事的可行方法。

由于企业性质的研究院和非企业性质的研究院名字一样，公众很难区分，所以2018年2月工商部门停止研究院类型的企业审批。

至此，研究院企业只能变更不能新设立，研究院企业也在市场上成了香饽饽。

2.法人股东投资人

3.确定研究院的注册资金（个人独资不需要）

4.注册地址证明，需要房产证复印件，租房合同（可提供注册地址）

5.法人身份证明,相关学历证明,一寸照片

6.市场可行性报告、研究成果报告（可代写）
