SR系列塑料板材挤出单层及多层共挤生产线选用SRSJ系列片板专用单螺杆挤出机或异向平行PP、 PS、HIPS、PE、 ABS、 EVA 、PMMA、 PC、 PET 、 PVB 、PVC 等物料的片板材，该机组是由挤出机、换网器、计量泵、模头、三辊/多棍压光机、冷却装置、切边、牵引机、剪板机、收卷机、电器操纵等部分组成的配套机组。工作原理 ：根据热塑性原料，在不同温度下的三态变化：利用螺杆装置的推动作用，将物理状态由玻璃态转化为高弹态，再转化为粘流态的塑料溶液，从模头窄缝中撞出，再经压光冷却定型，切边，牵引，切割，收卷。
机组主要特点：料筒、螺杆、模头选料均为高级优质合金结构，经氮化处理，硬度高，防腐性能好，使用寿命长；机头选型为衣式支管传减型，流道利于融料动，无滞流现象，产品厚度均匀；压光辊采用大螺旋槽，辊内循环冷却效果极佳，料筒与模头温度由智能PLC分别控制。螺杆转速，压光机转速，切边，牵引，切割，收卷机的转速可分别调节，以保证整机速度同步。该机组质量优异、造型美观、性能可靠、生产速度快，是生产片板材的最佳生产线。该生产线更换主机、模头、加装结晶干燥等下游周边辅助设备后也可生产：PP/PVC透明软硬片板材、PVC发泡板材、PMMA/ABS共挤浴钢板及冰箱内胆板材等多层复合共挤片板材制品，片板材加工范围，宽度：300——7000MM,厚度：0.2MM——45MM，产量：80——1800KG/H。为您提供片板材设备最佳方案。
