Product description

Neoflon PFA is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether. It is a perfluoropolymer, consisting of only carbon and fluorine atoms, without any hydrogen atoms. It has the same excellent properties as PTFE, and can be used from very low temperature to high temperature. In addition, it has excellent transparency and mechanical strength at high temperature. It can be formed by the same molding method as the common thermoplastic resin. It is characterized by excellent melt fluidity. It is suitable for injection molding products with complex shapes and superfine thin wire coating (awg34 - 44).
