注册要求：

　　1、研究院的字号（3-4个备选字号）

　　2、确定注册资金

　　3、拟定研究院的经营范围

　　4、研究院的相关材料

　　变更流程：

　　1、核名（提供3-5个公司名称）

　　2、网登（在工商上进行登记）

　　3、通过后，进行约号

　　4、提交材料并等待教委审核

Change process:
