KT 8003 窑炉进砖锟台Kiln Tile-feeding Roller Platform
本设备用于讲釉线送来的砖坯排列整齐并连续送入窑炉内。输送锟台分三段传动，三台无级变速器通过斜齿轮带动曲柄控制皮带升降，由PLC、光电管控制，中间段输送锟台变频双速，配置小型补偿器手动、自动双控制。
This e is used to neatly arrange the billets from the glazing line and continuously deliver into the kiln .The conveying roller platform is driven by three drives, three continuously variable transmissions drives the two patterned PU B-type belts of the roller through helical gears ,the motor drives the crank to control the ascending and descending of the belts , and theuency double speed of the conveying roller platform at the middle section is controlled by PLC and photoelectric tube . And it is also e with small-sized compensator for manual, automatic control.
