UN-75-150 butt welding machine is appplicable for the resistance butt welding of low carbon steel , medium carbon steel , some alloys and non-ferrous metals, Ot adopts lever weighting system and in welding operation,electric resistance welding method or flash welding method can be used .
Working Conditions
1.The height is not more than 1,000 meters above the sea level;
2.The temperature of the cooling water at the entrance of the cooling system is among the range of +5-+30celsius degree;
3.The pressure of the cooling water must ensure the neccessary water flow, and its must acord with the criterion of industrial water;
4.The relative humidity of the air must not more than 90%(when it is 25 Celsius degree);
5.The operating site has no fierce shake or bump;
6.There is no such gas, steam ,chemical accumulation ,dust ,mildew or other volatile medium that may seriously influence the4 usage of the machine;
7.The power line supply voltage :AC-380V±10%;Frequence -50HZ±1%
