进口废物原料境外供货企业注册登记证书AQSIQ资料清单（含ISO9001认证）

法律依据：
依据国家质检总局119号令98号公告，所有境外废塑料/废金属/废纸等废料出口到中国，均需在国家质检总局办理AQSIQ注册手续。
According to the China laws and regulations of Act 119(NO 98), enterprises have to get AQSIQ registration before exporting waste scrap (waste plastics waste paper metal scrap etc) to China.
分清主次：
办理境外供货商AQSIQ证书之前，必须先取得ISO9001体系认证。
Enterprises have to get ISO9001 certification before AQSIQ application.

2, 公司商业注册文件与税务登记文件扫描件
The scan of business & tax registration documents
3, 公司岗位职责说明（如总经理，采购部，质检部，行政部）
Company responsibility instruction ( General Manager, Purchasing department, Inspection department, administration department etc)
4, 其他资料配合我司签字盖章即可
We will send other documents need signed and stamped after finishing our paper works

AQSIQ证书所需资料单：
documents needed for AQSIQ application:
1 公正的商业注册文件与税务登记证书（需要体系出公司名称，公司地址，法人名字）
Notarized business & tax registration documents (have to reflect company name,address, legal representative’s name)
2 至少八张办公室或工厂得照片（需要体现出公司名称，公司地址信息,办公室内部情况）
Photos of your office (At least 8, have to reflect company name ,company address information)
3 ISO9001证书彩色复印件
Color scan of ISO 9001 certificate
4 填写AQSIQ证书申请书（合同签订后由我司发送）
Fill out AQSIQ application form ( will be sent after signing the contract)
5 公司法人护照扫描件
The scan of passport of legal representative’s
6 其他资料配合我司签字盖章即可
