lservice life: 12 years for 12V battery and 15 years for 2V battery (20oC)

lHigh- colloid is confected from silicon dioxide, so electrolyte’s distribute is symmetrical and nophenomena of delamination of electrolyte.

蓄电池针对电信、运动、铁路、各种通信、海标备用电源、电力系统、核电站备用电源、太阳能和蓄存储系统、UPS、应急照明等、报警保密系统、各种电力车辆、船舶、海运等、石化系统的备用电源。 l使用寿命：12V电池12年，2V电池15年（20℃） l高质量胶体由二氧化硅混合而成，因此电解质的分布是对称的，没有电解质的分层。 l

电解质处于胶状和固定状态，无流动，无溢出，并能使板的各个部分反应均匀。

l超流电解质将使电池热容量大，热呼吸能力强，工作温度范围宽。 l

我们的护墙板是欧洲AMER-SIL公司PVC-SiO2专用的胶体电池护墙板，其孔径率高，电阻低，电池的循环能力完美。 l

电解质浓度很低，对平板有微弱的腐蚀作用，电池寿命较长。 l

板对铅钙采用多重合金，电池局部作用很低，两年内无需充电。 l

电池抗深放电能力较强，放电后仍可持续与负荷连接，四周内充电可恢复原容量。 l

采用高精细低压安全阀，使电池安全使用

安装过程：

1、施工人员带上安装测试工具（套筒一套、活动扳手、螺丝刀、液压钳、万用表等），到达机房施工现场。

2、检查确认套筒手柄、扳手柄绝缘良好。

3、把发电机输出线插到备用电的工业连接器上，启动发电机，先让发电机运行。

4、打开电池柜拍照备用，找到连接UPS主机的输出线并确认好正负极。

5、确认发电机运行其稳定，在配电柜内转换开关输入端测得电压正常后，倒换开关到发电机侧，观察并确定ups主机运行正常，断开电池柜电池空开。

6、拆旧电池，电池架上电池从上到下一节节拆下，拆下一个螺丝就把连接线接头缠上电工胶带，做好绝缘（这步工作非常重要，不要偷懒），防止正负极碰到短路，而发生危险。

7、电池全部拆下，放置好，开始安装新电池。

8、按电池编号从1#开始，从电池架下一层开始安装，位置方向和原来一样，接头螺丝必须拧紧，连接线整齐，弯度一致，电池之间要留有适当空隙，连接过程严防短路。

9、电池装完后，确认正负极正确，测量总电压，确认电池安装连接无误。

10、根据蓄电池参数，计算充电电压，测得UPS输出充电电压，符合本批电池的充电要求，合上电池柜上空开，查看主机充电菜单，电池已在充电状态。

11、装好电池柜，把UPS主机输入切回市电，确认UPS主机输入输出电压正常。停掉发电机，拆掉连接线，收拾好工具，把旧电池装车准备运回，现场清理干净。
