中信大厦（中国尊）位于北京商务中心区核心区Z15地块，东至金和东路，南邻规划中的绿地，西至金和路，北至光华路，是北京市*高的地标建筑。中信大厦（中国尊）用地面积11478平方米，总建筑面积43.7万平方米，其中地上35万平方米，地下8.7万平方米，建筑总高528米，建筑层数地上108层、地下7层（不含夹层），可容纳1.2万人办公，为中信集团总部大楼。中信大厦（中国尊）由北京中信和业有限公司投资。中信大厦（中国尊）将集甲级写字楼、会议、商业等多种配套服务功能于一体，项目建成后将吸引国际金融机构、国际500强企业进驻。中国尊是位于北京市朝阳区CBD核心区Z15地块的一幢超高层建筑，建成后将是北京市*高的地标建筑。该项目西侧与北京目前*高的建筑国贸三期对望，建筑总高528米，未来将被规划为中信集团总部大楼。于2011年9月12日开工，2016年底主体封顶，2018年竣工交付。由北京中信和业有限公司投资，预计总投资达240亿元。Z15为CBD核心区建筑面积*大的一个地块。Z15地块东至金和东路、南至景辉街、西至金和路、北至规划绿地。

CITIC Tower (China Zun) is located in Plot Z15, the core area of Beijing central business district, east to Jinhe East Road, south to the planned green space, west to Jinhe Road, and north to Guanghua Road. It is the highest landmark building in Beijing. CITIC Tower (China Zun) covers an area of 11478 square meters, with a total floor area of 437000 square meters, including 350000 square meters above the ground, 87000 square meters underground, and a total height of 528 meters. The building has 108 floors above the ground and 7 floors underground (excluding mezzanine), which can accommodate 12000 people. It is the head building of CITIC Group. CITIC Tower (China Zun) is invested by Beijing CITIC Heye Co., Ltd. CITIC Tower (China Zun) will integrate multiple supporting services such as Grade A office building, conference and commerce. After completion, the project will attract international financial institutions and Fortune 500 enterprises. China Zun is a super high-rise building located in Plot Z15, the core area of CBD in Chaoyang District, Beijing. When completed, it will be the highest landmark building in Beijing. The west side of this project is facing the tallest building in Beijing, the International Trade Phase III, with a total height of 528 meters. It will be planned as the head building of CITIC Group in the future. The construction started on September 12, 2011, the main body was capped at the end of 2016, and completed and delivered in 2018. Invested by Beijing CITIC Heye Co., Ltd., with an estimated total investment of 24 billion yuan. Z15 is the largest plot with the largest building area in the CBD core area. The Z15 plot extends east to Jinhe East Road, south to Jinghui Street, west to Jinhe Road, and north to the planned green space.
