Description

POWDER MoS2 S is a pure molybdenum disulphide powder made from natural molybdenite. The manufacturing process guarantees that the natural structure is maintained.

Field of application

- Cold forging
- Dry lubrication of parts that must not be lubricated with greases or oils
- Incorporation in plastics, carbon products, powder metals and lubricants
- Economical application of a lubricant film on small mass parts

Method of application

Clean surfaces of parts to be treated with solvent. For application on single pieces rub powder on the surface using a leather rag. Small mass parts and blanks for cold forging are coated in a tumbling process after being phosphated. POWDER MoS2 S is also available as spray.
