压皱机产品特点：
该起皱机是根据意大利技术，通过我厂工程人员的研究、改进而生产的设备。该设备可以进行布匹和织物的不规则起皱。并可以对不同种类、不同特性、不同重量和宽度（500毫米—3500毫米）的织物进行连续起皱加工。起皱的深度和效果取决于此织物在设备中加工的次数。同时，这一良好的效果还取决于熨烫和转移印花整烫等处理。
我公司生产的起皱机可以对未漂白、已加工、已印花和叠层织物进行加工处理，尤其是涤纶和混合织物效果更佳。通过在加工过程中对蒸汽大小调节，不会损伤织物的柔细纤维和改变织物的颜色及特性。
对经加工处理完毕的织物可以广泛的用于各种布匹。且通过热藕合或压延将此褶皱定型。可用范围包括：各种布料、装饰品、壁挂饰品、窗帘窗纱、窗罩床单、演出服装饰物、蝴蝶结、腰带皮带，鞋类和包类等。
此设备带有自动进料、快速冷却和各种变速喂料装置。操作简单，一般一个人足以。且设备性能好，蒸汽和电流消耗量低，很少需要维修。
此设备还包括两套不同的安全系统。一套是机械系统，另一套是电子系统，两套系统均可以避免在处理过程中对织物和机械的超压情况的产生。
Product character：
The machine combines with technology from ltaly,which is self-produced by our technicians.It can deal with random crinkling of cloths and fabrics as well as continuous crinkling and fixation of different features,weights or widths(500mm.3500mm).Depth and effect of wrinkling relies on process times of fabrics,moreover,ironing and transfer printing determine it as well.
Our wrinkling machine can process unbleached.printed and terrace fabdcs.especially terylene and blended fabric,Regulating steam volume in process will not damage fibe,color and feature of fabdc.
Fabrics after process can be widely applied to vadous cloths and fixed by hot coupling and calendering.Its applicable scope:cloth decorated matedal,hanging,curtain and window screening,bedspread,adornment,bowknt,belt,shoes,bag and etc.
