电站用高压穿墙套管分为户内和户外两大类，有铜导体、铝导体及不带导体的母线式穿墙套管三种结构，并有普通型和耐污型两大类产品。

CWC—户外-户内穿墙瓷套管Indoor-outdoor wall porcelain bushing；C—抗弯破坏负荷等级Bending failure load level，12kN（加强型enhanced）。
CWL—户外-户内铝导体穿墙套管Indoor-outdoor aluminum conductor wall bushing；
CWW—户外-户内耐污型铜导体穿墙套管Indoor-outdoor antifouling type copper conductor wall bushing；
CWWL—户外-户内耐污型铝导体穿墙套管Indoor-outdoor antifouling type aluminum conductor wall bushing；

穿墙套管安装与运行 Installation and operation

1.安装与投入运行前，应进行一次全面检查，确认无误后，方可投入安装与运行。

1）套管应在规定的环境下使用，安装前应查明套管型号规格；

Bushing should be used in the regulation of environment, should find out bushing specifications before installation.

2）安装前必须将套管各部分擦拭干净，特别是瓷件和导电接触部分。

Before installation bushing parts must be wiped clean, especially porcelain and conductive contact part

3）穿墙套管各部位尺寸是否符合要求，有无损坏。

Whether the each part dimension of wall bushing meets the re，Confirmation is damaged.

4）各连接部分的螺拴应紧固牢靠，尤其是与母线的联接。

All bolts of each connecting parts should be fastened firmly, especially the connection with the busbar.

5）接线板上各接触点应全部接触，且平整。

Each contactors of  wiring board should be contacted completely, and require flat.
