一. 用途:
梳齿分离器是清除液体中可被磁化的固体粒子的理想设备,如用于磨床及其它机床冷却液(切削液或乳化液)的净化。
本装置主要应用于机械加工过程中冷却润滑液的净化，可配用于：普通精度磨床、精密磨床、组合机床、加工中心等，可有效清除冷却润滑液中的杂质颗粒等，可将磁性杂质连续不断的导入污物箱中，保证冷却液的清洁，防止其变质，全过程连续自动，是各种机床的理想配套附件。同时减轻了工人劳动强度,减少了废冷却液对环境污染。

二. 主要零部件及工作原理
本排屑装置主要由箱体、减速电机、主轴、磁滚等组成。磁铁是磁滚中的关键零件，它采用铁氧体永磁性环状材料。随钢环、铜环、轴承座、轴承、主轴等一起装配成磁滚，安装于箱体上。其主要工作原理为：冷却液从磁分器上开设的入水口进入箱体，同时减速机带动磁滚做匀速圆周运动，冷却液中的导磁磨屑被吸附到磁滚外壁上，由刮板将其逐步刮入污物箱中。磁滚中的永磁性铁氧体材料产生磁场强度大，经精细车制的大直径不锈钢磁滚吸附面积大，二者结合使被分离液体中的磁性杂质最大程度的吸附到磁滚上，达到良好的分离
