【解答】电工安全技术操作规程是指施工现场的安装维修电工。

（一）、一般规定：

(1) General provisions:

1、电工属于特种作业人员，必须经当地劳动部门统一考试合格后，核发全国统一的“特种作业人员操作证”，方准上岗作业，并定期两年复审一次。
