奥亚特蓄电池使用注意事项
Precautions for using oyate battery
(1) 确认使用条件符合厂家的规格要求。

(2) 初次使用或长期放置后使用一定要充电。
(2) It must be charged after initial use or long-term storage.
(3) UPS用的电池是用于浮充使用,如果频繁使用蓄电池(类似循环使用),将严重影响蓄电池的涓流寿命。

(4) 定期进行蓄电池检查。

通信行业对模块化UPS的技术要求
根据通信行业用UPS供电保障要求和模块化UPS的适应场合要求,模块化UPS入网应满足如下要求:
(1)UPS完全模块化。每个UPS模块均为智能型独立个体,任何一个模块出现故障不会影响其他模块的正常工作,能够自己退出系统,不影响整个系统工作。
(2)UPS系统必须消除系统方案的公共故障点,使系统运行无瓶颈。例如在并联模块的环流问题上可采用先进的分散控制技术,使UPS系统不受集中控制的可靠性限制,避免瓶颈故障的发生。
(3)在多台模块并联时,其中重要的指标就是电流均分,也就是说如果N台UPS模块并联,必须保证每个模块的输出电流是总输出电流的1/N,至少其相互之间的大不平衡度必须在要求范围之内(一般要求小于5%)。
(4)系统中所有UPS模块共享(包括充电和放电)电池组。使用一组电池或并联多组电池来增加系统备用时间。
(5)节能降耗是现在数据中心遇到的大问题,对于数据中心提供电源保障的UPS系统除了可用性外,必须是高效率、无污染、低能耗的。
3 供电方案建议
3.1 “1+1”或“2+1”并机冗余方案
目前通信网络中UPS系统的应用形式是在线式“1+1”或“2+1”并联供电系统,该系统克服了单机供电没有冗余的缺陷,各UPS厂商通过在传统电路的基础上增加均流电路和同步控制器,组成“1+1”或“2+1”冗余并联的供电系统。传统系统从理论上可以解决单机供电没有冗余的缺点,但在长期的使用过程中依然存在一些问题。这主要体现在以下两个方面:
(1)扩容和维护的风险较大。传统UPS在扩容或维护时必须考虑多个因素,如因元器件使用年限不同而造成参数漂移的影响;系统比较复杂而能否准确查找故障点;维修人员所携带的备品、备件和测试仪器能否满足要求;维修人员的技术水平等诸人为因素,所以对操作维护人员有较高技术要求。
(2)冗余少、运行效率较低。“1+1”或“2+1”的并联结构意味者该方案的容错率或冗余效果较低。同时由于并联数量少,以“1+1”方式为例,每个单机的输出功率不能超过其额定功率的50%,如果再考虑冗余和维护时的因素,实际只能运行在其额定功率的30%～40%,而传统机型的运行效率只能达到额定功率的50%～80%的较高负载率才为佳。“1+1”并联冗余UPS供电系统如图1所示。

3.2 “1+1”并机冗余双总线供电方案
为解决传统UPS“1+1”或“2+1”并联存在的问题,部分系统采用了双总线供电方案,它采用两条供电母线为负载供电,可以有效地解决UPS并联环流的问题,解决单点故障的瓶颈,实现在线升级、在线维护,并具有很好的容错性能,提高供电系统的可靠性。但“1+1”并机冗余双总线供电的设备须用较多的辅助设备:使用4套输入、输出供电回路,配电系统比较复杂,消耗资源较多,需占用专用场地较大,UPS的运行效率较低。“1+1”并联冗余双总线供电系统如图2所示。

3.3 模块化UPS供电方案
模块化UPS系统本身具有并联冗余、在线扩容的特性, 所以通过模块化UPS的组合应用可以实现高保障等级的不间断供电系统:对核心、关键性的信息网络机房可构成模块化UPS双总线供电方案。每路各由一台模块化UPS供电,既能确保重要设备切换装置电源的无扰动切换,又能确保对不具备两路供电的设备在一路UPS故障时另一路实现紧急恢复供电功能,保证重要设备的正常运行。可实现对UPS系统持续地并联扩容或冗余备份,满足了后期设备的随需扩展,并且实现了UPS输入的高效节能,其整机效率高、发热量小,运行损耗小,能大大提高电能利用率,实现节约用电。
