奥亚特蓄电池使用注意事项
Precautions for using oyate battery
(1) 确认使用条件符合厂家的规格要求。
(1) Confirm that the use conditions meet the specification re of the manufacturer.
(2) 初次使用或长期放置后使用一定要充电。
(2) It must be charged after initial use or long-term storage.
(3) UPS用的电池是用于浮充使用,如果频繁使用蓄电池(类似循环使用),将严重影响蓄电池的涓流寿命。
(3) UPS battery is used for floating charge. If the battery is fre used (similar to recycling), it will seriously affect the trickle life of the battery.
(4) 定期进行蓄电池检查。

(5) 如发现电槽变形及漏液等现象,请不要使用,应以更换

奥亚特蓄电池SN1224 SN系列产品说明及简介
地铁屏蔽门供电系统主要由2部分组成,一部分为驱动电源系统,一部分控制电源系统。
其中,驱动电源系统,功率一般为40-60KVA 左右,主要为地铁站里屏蔽门的驱动马达供电。其功率的大小主要取决于地铁站中屏蔽门个数的多少。驱动马达又直流驱动型也有交流驱动型。本文之限于交流驱动型门机马达。
控制电源系统容量一般较小,只有几百瓦到几K伏安,主要取决屏蔽门厂家的控制方式。一般,控制系统采用直流供电,电压等级有24V/48V/110V等。
虽然控制系统的功率不是很大,但却非常重要,因此为控制系统供电一般采用冗余的供电方式,来保证其供电可靠性。
另外,屏蔽门供电系统还包括配电系统和灯带照明系统。
地铁供电系统中,由于铁轨是导电回路。因此,地铁的供电系统一般需要采用隔离变压器,以便完全隔离地线。在屏蔽门电源系统中,也不例外。
地铁供电系统对蓄电池的要求也非常特殊,一般采用胶体电池或比较耐高温且寿命长的电池。对电池的延时要求一般为1小时左右。由于负载时屏蔽门,故其具体延时要求一般为一段时间内屏蔽门能够开关门3-5次。
地铁屏蔽门的监控系统须将包括电源在内的众多设备的工作状态及告警信息接入进来。因此,需要对电源系统的各个子系统进行监控。监控方式一般采用工业常用的MODBUS通讯协议,通讯方式为RS485或RS422。
下面以广州地铁二、八号线延长线的应用案例,来说明地铁屏蔽门供电系统的应用。
章 系统设计指导思想及意图
本系统为广州市轨道交通二、八号线延长线工程屏蔽系统的不间断供电方案,系统方案本着可靠、经济、高效的原则进行设计。

第二章 系统基本设计原理描述
3.1 系统方案总体框图
本系统由驱动电源系统、控制电源系统,站台照明箱3部分组成。驱动电源和控制电源都采用具有高可用性的DELTA 模块化UPS系统组成N+1冗余不间断供电系统, 使得系统具有优点:
可靠性:电源子系统通过使用已证明具有高可靠性的组件,降低子系统故障概率和有关影响正常运行的随机性;
可维护性:各部件模块化设计,维护快捷、简便;
