奥亚特蓄电池使用注意事项
Precautions for using oyate battery
(1) 确认使用条件符合厂家的规格要求。
(1) Confirm that the use conditions meet the specification re of the manufacturer.
(2) 初次使用或长期放置后使用一定要充电。
(2) It must be charged after initial use or long-term storage.
(3) UPS用的电池是用于浮充使用,如果频繁使用蓄电池(类似循环使用),将严重影响蓄电池的涓流寿命。
(3) UPS battery is used for floating charge. If the battery is fre used (similar to recycling), it will seriously affect the trickle life of the battery.
(4) 定期进行蓄电池检查。

(5) 如发现电槽变形及漏液等现象,请不要使用,应以更换

对地震、火灾等紧急事故,能提供远端或近端的遥控快速关机功能,以避免在紧急事故中发生更严重的损失。
(4)要求UPS模块化冗余设计,每个模块均为一个独立的UPS,方便后期电源系统的扩容。
(5)要求UPS给负载提供不间断纯净电源的同时,还要兼顾到对电网电能的高效利用;有效降低并抑制电网谐波的污染,为负载的可靠运行提供可靠的保障。
(6)由于安装UPS及电池的空间有限,要求提高设备安放的空间利用率;要求充分利用有限的空间资源。
(7)对承重的考量也能兼顾,避免对楼层结构的破坏。
3 政府信息机房电源一体化供电解决方案
通过政府信息机房电子政务系统对电源应用背景的深入了解和分析;结合有“绿色UPS”之称的某系列模块化电源的特点,经过与用户的多次技术论证交流后,制定了政府信息机房UPS供电系统方案。
3.1 政府信息机房电源供电系统方案(见图1)

3.2 UPS供电解决方案概述
(1)针对电源输入的要求,建议选用ATS切换,作为备用柴油发电机组,通常要考虑备用机组与市电的自动切换问题,来满足用户高可靠性要求,设计了两路市电输入、主路市电、备路油机,采用ATS切换的方案。
(2)为了使整个供电系统供电安全可靠,采用两级低压交流配电柜分级配电,机房空调、照明、消防、电梯等次重要负载设备建议直接接到一级低压交流配电柜上;关键的数据负载设备通过UPS接在二级低压配电柜;基于关键数据负载对供电的特殊要求,需要整个供电系统都必须采用具有高度模块冗余功能的并联冗余供电方案,采用两台某系列UPS并机实现“1+1”冗余功能。可靠性为单机UPS的5～7倍。整体方案具有管理先进、可靠度高及实用性强等特点。
(3)为了应对紧急事件的要求,某系列UPS提供了EPO紧急关机功能键,在UPS的正面板上有红色按键,可提供近端的快速关机,并同时提供网络远端紧急关机功能可供操作。只要此功能一经启动,UPS可快速关机,不必按照正常关机作业程序顺序关机。以便在紧急事故中节省时间,避免灾害的扩大。
(4)某型号UPS采用模块化设计,“N+X”冗余用户只需要购买相应的功率模块,即可实现“N+X”的故障冗余及升级扩容。
采用模块“N+X”冗余设计,电源阵列通过新的负载均分技术实现“N+X”冗余措施。负载均分意味着电源阵列中的所有模块并联运行并平均分担负载。“N+X”冗余意味着电源阵列比额定容量多配置X个模块,所有模块都将相互支持,所以能降低系统停机的风险。任何一个模块出现故障,都可自动脱离系统,确保系统正常运行,某模块化设计不仅模块实现冗余,内部的辅助电源、PCB板也实现冗余。
真正实现各功能模块独立,任何一个功能模块损坏都互不干扰,大大提高系统的可靠度、可用性。
(5)某系列UPS采用先进DSP控制的IGBT整流专利技术,可提高输入功率因数(PF>0.99),降低总输入谐波电流(THDI<3%),如图2所示。达到洁净电力与节省能源的效益,成为“绿色电源”。
