1、蓄电池的联接

● 容量不同、性能不同、生产厂家不同的蓄电池不可连接在一起使用。

节能型雷达站电源子系统的设计应使系统可靠性与节能性兼顾。电源子系统的节能性与可靠性甚至与系统的经济性是相辅相成的。节能型电源产品，设计合理，系统功耗更低，可靠性更高，长期运行成本更低，由此组成的系统的综合经济性也更优。作为终端用户，应提出电源子系统的需求目标，即系统设计和产品选型目标，进而支持产品的前期筛选、招标技术规格书编制和实际招标工作。
1.设计、选型目标
针对VTS雷达站的节能型电源子系统的设计、选型目标如下：
（1）雷达站通常要求24h不间断可靠运行，应将雷达马达纳入UPS统一供电，保证系统可用度和可靠性。
（2）由于雷达站混合负载通常仅为2kVA，UPS应能在较低的负载率下具备较高的综合运行效率。比如，在1KW纯阻性仿真负载下，UPS双转换模式下效率≥80%，ECO模式下效率≥90%。
（3）由于雷达马达是感性动力负载，瞬态启动电流较大。UPS的瞬态过载能力应能足以应对雷大马达的瞬态启动，而不是依靠UPS额定输出功率储备来满足启动要求。
（4）UPS应能具备优良的输入特性，以减少对电网的污染，降低对所匹配发电机的容量要求，实现UPS与发电机的高效匹配和节能运行。因而，UPS应在多个技术指标方面满足：
输入功因应能足够高，比如0.99 ；
UPS输入电流谐波足够低，比如小于5%；
UPS对所配套发电机的容量要求尽可能低。比如UPS在接近满载工况条件下，配套发电机与UPS的额定输出功率比值应低至1:1.2～1:2.0之间。
（5）为确保电源子系统三相平衡运行，减少故障节点。应优先采用三相电源子系统：采用“三进三出”的UPS并匹配三相输出发电机。配套发电机组的应尽可能工作在经济负荷区间。
（6）电源子系统的总体拓扑设计，应统筹考虑站点的市电供应可靠度、维护难易度等实际因素，决定是否采用冗余配置。
2.雷达站负载分析
雷达马达纳入UPS供电后，与开关电源设备组成了感性和容性混合负载。由于感性动力负载对电源的需求特性与普通开关负载显著不同，需要对雷达马达负载进行测试，以获得其瞬态和稳态特性，进而支持UPS选型。
（1）雷达马达
某VTS集成商提供两种类型的雷达天线马达，即直接启动或带缓启动的三相雷达马达。这两种马达的单相稳态、瞬态功耗截图如图3、图4。
图3中，单相稳态峰值电流为1.83A（三相总有效值功率0.85kVA）；瞬态峰值电流为12.5A（三相总有效值功率6.0kVA/<2s）。
图4中，单相稳态峰值电流为1.83A（三相总有效值功率0.85kVA）；瞬态峰值电流为10.0A（三相总有效值功率5.0kVA/<3s）。
