中国公司注册办理要求

Ø 含“（中国）”字样名称核准。如：苹果（中国）有限公司[限外资]。

Ø 1、企业集团的母公司（核心企业）注册资本在5000万元人民币以上，并至少拥有5家子公司；

Ø 2、母公司（核心企业）和其子公司的注册资本总和在1亿元人民币以上；3、企业集团的母公司（核心企业）应登记为有限责任公司或股份有限公司；全民所有制企业可以作为核心企业组建企业集团，但注册资金应在1亿元人民币以上;

Including the words "(China)" name approval.For example: Apple (China) Co., Ltd. [Limited to foreign investment].

The parent company (core enterprise) of 1, Enterprise Group has a registered capital of more than 50 million yuan, and has at least 5 subsidiaries;

The total registered capital of 2, parent company (core enterprise) and its subsidiaries is more than RMB 100 million; 3. The parent company (core enterprise) of the enterprise group shall be registered as a limited liability company or joint stock limited company; an enterprise owned by the whole people may form an enterprise group as the core enterprise, but the registered capital shall be more than RMB 100 million;

Ø 受理审核时限

Ø 申请办理集团设立、变更、注销登记和备案，凡文件、证件齐全，工商行政管理机关在受理后5个工作日完成核准或核驳手续

Ø 登记管辖

Ø 企业集团登记统一由市工商局负责。

Ø 收费标准

Ø 集团登记不收取登记费用。

Ø 设立企业集团，一般要经以下步骤：

Ø 步：咨询后领取并填写《名称(变更)预先核准申请书》，同时准备相关材料；

Ø 第二步：递交名称登记材料，领取《名称登记受理通知书》等待名称核准结果；

Ø 第三步：领取《企业名称预先核准通知书》及相关材料，同时领取《集团设立登记申请书》等有关表格：

Ø 第四步：递交申请材料，材料齐全后领取《受理通知书》；

Ø 第五步：按《受理通知书》确定的日期领取《企业集团登记证》。
