This series machine is designed and manufactured based on the GBGB Standard issued by the Mechanical Industry Department of China.It is generally used for a wide range of purposes, applying to the manual welding operations of steel and iron structures in production units, repairing trades and organizations. It has seven specifications of products and can use both 380V and 220V.
Features and Strustures
This series machine is composed of single-phase leakage transformer, shift switch , connecting terminal and so on . Among them , the leakage transformer uses core-iron , with two primary windings on its both sides and one secondary winding on one side. Whe a part of primary winding s composites the secondary winding, the magnetic leakage reduces and output current increases , so we can gei different volumes of welding current by changing the number of turns of the two primary windings with shift switch .
The welding current is divided into six or seven shifts, increasing from the minimum fo the first shift to the maximum.When at zero shift, the power supply inside the machine is cut off and the machine stops work.
The insulating material of the transformer is high temperature resistant epoxy fiberglass products that accord with F-level insulation standard .
Iron core is made of high- silicon steel plate, having the features of excellent magnetic cond actively performance, high lamination factor, light weight, small wastage and high efficiency.
