蛋白质修饰位点鉴定服务简介

       通过SDS-PAGE和液质联用技术(LC-MS/MS)对IP所得单蛋白上的修饰位点进行鉴定，可以对目前所有已知的修饰类型及一些特殊的小分子药物在蛋白上的修饰位点进行鉴定。

技术原理

       先通过IP得到目的蛋白，再通过SDS-PAGE对目的蛋白进行分离纯化，将胶条上目的蛋白对应的条带切下进行胶内酶解和高灵敏度的液质联用分析(LC-MS/MS)，通过数据库检索得到蛋白上的修饰位点。
