基础设施高可用的主要技术措施
1.建筑结构
作为承载重要信息系统的数据中心，在场地选址方面需要考虑以下几个方面，总体来看，包括有：城市重点发展区域：数据中心对于电力供应、通讯配套、市政配套等要求将能得到较高的保障力度;另一方面数据中心一般要求是尽量靠近性道路，具备较好的市政条件，便于解决供水、供电、通信线路。
在数据中心建筑物方面还需考虑：数据中心机房主体建筑外形工整，体型简洁，尽量减小外墙面积。;增强建筑围护结构的保温性能和隔热性能;主机房和不间断电源系统室设计活荷载要达到8~10KN/M2，电池室活荷载要达到16KN/M2，主机房的耐火等级不应低于二级。
2. 电气系统
对于电气系统来说，在外电源满足的情况下，数据中心的设计要在预定的生命周期内满足数据中心使用需求，并能做到随需而变。
在动力供配电系统方面，一套可靠的、良好的计算机供配电系统是保证计算机设备、场地设备及辅助用电设备安全运行的先决条件。为保证计算机设备的供电质量，机房场地要求有独立配电系统，双源互投系统，加UPS组成停电系统等，达到一级负荷标准对于很多使用的大型服务器等设备，还需要做到可靠的接地。
通过电池配置，优化UPS系统可靠性。在外部电源失电的情况下，节能环保型的发电机采用自动或手动的并网功能，通过母线段继续给负载提供源源不断、稳定的供电，以提高数据中心供电系统的高可用性。
3. 空调系统
数据中心空调系统的能耗占到数据中心总能耗的45%左右，对整个空调系统进行优化，可极大增加设备的使用寿命，提高空调系统的可用性。
首先，大型数据中心空调系统目前使用本身带有微电脑控制的冷水机组，可实现全自动操作运转。并采用自动控制水平较高制冷机组，根据需要自动进行冷量调节;设备可靠性的提高，增强了空调系统的高可用性。
再次，通过合理的规划提供n+x的冗余，从而避免单一故障点对空调系统高可用性造成的影响。
后，在运行维护中通过有效的养护和设备备品备件的管理，提高其高可用性。
4. 综合布线
从布局上来讲，在机房有三点值得注意：第是空间节约;第二是线缆有效管理，改善空气对流的通道;第三是提高设备运行的可靠性。
基础网的建设要有超前性、前瞻性，需满足现在5年、8年的需求，甚至10年、15年以后的规划。
线缆管理配线的密度与线缆在机房的散热效力相关，如果线缆比较混乱，有源设备散热很难完成;如果线缆比较顺畅，那么会节省一些制冷设备消耗的能量。机房布线还有很多的东西在里面，包括理性理线，理性理线可防止混乱线缆造成散热通道堵塞，可以提高制冷效率。
