机房中广泛使用三管格栅灯照明,这些三管格栅灯的功率有两种规格:40W×3=120W,20W×3=60W。由于机房照明常年开启,所以其耗电量很大。另外,为了应对紧急情况下机房断电后照明的要求,还要另设应急照明,这些应急照明平时并不工作,但一直在待机,这样也会有一定的耗电;并需占用一定的空间,其外形也不美观。当前,迫切要求安装更加节能、功能更多的计算机机房照明灯具。
为了能使机房照明更加节电并同时具有应急灯的功能,笔者设计出一种“两用节能灯”,并获得专利(专利号:ZL)。该灯利用发光二极管的光源效率高于荧光灯的光源效率的特点,将一定数量的发光二极管排列成一个长方形以取代3支40W荧光灯,长方形由一定数量的灯块组成。灯块插接到灯盘上,形成灯体,灯体可借助常规的灯架安装到天花板上或墙壁上。
节能灯的电源部分制成墙壁式控制盒,安装到墙上;灯开关可装在控制盒上或直接装在墙上;使用方法与普通灯开关一样,也很方便。一旦断电,该灯可通过控制盒内的电池供电继续发光并可提供报警声音。
从相关资料查阅可知,一支40W荧光灯管可产生3l50Lm的光通量。发光强度为1cd的光源可放射出l2.57Lm光通量。一支草帽型超高亮发光二极管的发光强度至少为2000mcd,其光通量为(2000/1000)×12.57=25.14Lm。这样一支40W荧光灯管可由3150/25.14=125.3,即125支发光二极管取代;3支40W荧光灯管可由125×3即375支发光二极管取代,取整数为400支。每支发光二极管的工作电压为3.0～3.5V,工作电流为20mA,这样大功耗为3.5V×0.02=0.07W,400支的总耗电为0.07W×400=28W,其耗电是3支40W荧光灯的28W/120W=23%,所以在相同光通量(或发光强度)的情况下,该灯具可节省77%的耗电量。
有些生产厂家认为,一般一支40W的灯管需要由280～300支发光二极管取代。如果按此数据,两用节能灯的总耗电为0.07W×300×3=63W,相比3支40W荧光灯的耗电只有52.5%,几乎可节省一半的耗电。
一般荧光灯管寿命为8000h至12,000h;而发光二极管的寿命为50,000h至100,000h,所以该灯具寿命大大高于荧光灯管的寿命。
当然,利用发光二极管作为照明灯具,在技术实现上也有不少问题需要解决,此专利项目在这方面有独到之处。总体来看,在同等亮度下,两用节能灯比常规的荧光灯照明省电,使用寿命长,而且具有应急灯功能;它组合灵活,插拔简便,易于制作。
笔者希望能与相关厂家合作尽快将“两用节能灯”开发出来,服务于社会。
