奥亚特蓄电池使用注意事项
Precautions for using oyate battery
(1) 确认使用条件符合厂家的规格要求。
(1) Confirm that the use conditions meet the specification re of the manufacturer.
(2) 初次使用或长期放置后使用一定要充电。
(2) It must be charged after initial use or long-term storage.
(3) UPS用的电池是用于浮充使用,如果频繁使用蓄电池(类似循环使用),将严重影响蓄电池的涓流寿命。
(3) UPS battery is used for floating charge. If the battery is fre used (similar to recycling), it will seriously affect the trickle life of the battery.
(4) 定期进行蓄电池检查。

(5) 如发现电槽变形及漏液等现象,请不要使用,应以更换

双路供电系统及变压器好放置在不同的房间进行物理隔离,以免相互影响。高压母线有互联开关,防止一路市电停电对后续负载的影响。
对于单机UPS系统,市电及油机的结构如图1所示。ATS1的可靠性模型如图2所示。

根据试验和统计数据,ATS的可用性At=0.99999,柴油发电机的可用性Ay=0.999,市电(在电网环境较好的地区)的可用性Ai=0.999,则双路市电通过ATS1后的可用性为
Ad=1-(1-Ai×At)2=0.99999897992
市电和油机通过ATS2后的可用性为
As=1-(1-Ad×At)×(1-Ay×At)=0.
可用性已经达到7个9以上,基本满足系统的可靠性要求。
3 UPS 系统的可靠性分析
假定UPS单机的MTBF=1×105h,平均维护时间MTTR=8h,则UPS系统可用性的计算结果为Au=0.9999,不能满足广播系统的可靠性要求。为了提高UPS系统的可用性,目前一般采用冗余并联 的方法。图3所示为“1+1”UPS双机冗余并联的供电系统。UPS并联的可靠性模型如图4所示。

假设UPS输入部分采用前面分析的双路市电和油机的切换方案,即UPS输入端电源的可用性为AS=0.,则UPS并机输出的可用性为
Ab=1-(1-AS×Au)2 =0.7
可以看出,其可用性达到了9个9,完全可以满足要求。
这里为了简化,认为两台UPS的可用性是一样的,冗余并联后也没有变化。实际上,两台UPS并联,增加了并机卡等信号互联电路,两台UPS之间也互相影响,可用性则比上述模拟数据要低。
有时为了满足大功率负载的要求,需要采用“N+1”增容冗余并联的系统来增加UPS系统的输出容量及可靠性,多机并联系统的可靠性如表2所示。
从表中可以得出下列结论:
(1)UPS并机系统能显著提高单机的平均无故障时间,也就是提高其可靠性。
(2)当并机台数增加时,虽然提高了UPS系统的利用率,但也降低了并机系统的可靠性。
(3)并机台数应根据对冗余系统的可靠性要求及输出功率的利用率来考虑。
4 提高低压配电系统的可靠性
根据对美国大型IDC机房统计表明,从UPS输出端到终用户的设备输入端仍存在如下故障隐患或“单点瓶颈”故障隐患。
(1)79%的故障来源于UPS输出端与负载之间的供电线路(例如保险丝烧毁、断路器跳闸或不慎“短路”等);
(2)11%的故障来源于UPS机组及电池组;
(3)其它故障占10%左右。
国内广电行业的经验也表明,低压配电系统的故障是主要的,如开关故障、电缆故障、短路过载、越级跳闸等等。根据试验和统计数据,低压配电系统的可用性Av=0.99999。不能满足广电行业的要求。由此可见,应采取必要的技术措施来消除可能出现在UPS输出端的种种故障隐患。
随着近几年广播技术的发展,广播技术逐步向数字化播音转变。其所采用的服务器,存储设备以及专业播音设备都采用了双电源系统,只有极少数设备是单电源供电。为了适应这种发展,并提高低压配电系统的可靠性,采用了UPS“双总线输出”配送电系统。其基本配置为:由两路市电输出+两路UPS电源输出+双路输出配电柜+负载静态切换开关(STS)所组成的UPS“双总线输出”供电系统,如图5所示(市电部分进行了简化),其可靠性模型如图6所示。
