奥亚特蓄电池使用注意事项
Precautions for using oyate battery
(1) 确认使用条件符合厂家的规格要求。

(2) 初次使用或长期放置后使用一定要充电。
(2) It must be charged after initial use or long-term storage.
(3) UPS用的电池是用于浮充使用,如果频繁使用蓄电池(类似循环使用),将严重影响蓄电池的涓流寿命。

(4) 定期进行蓄电池检查。

随着通信行业的重组和3G的商用化实施,国内通信电源市场得到了更加快速的发展。而在国家号召大力开展节能减排的大背景下,降低碳排放、节能环保已越来越被通信行业所关注,对于保障通信设备电源可靠安全运行的UPS来说也不例外。大多数机房管理工作人员认为,UPS设备安装后只是起到断电保护的作用并不耗电,但实际上,UPS设备由于效率等因素也会耗电(在线式),而这部分损耗是额外增加的。用户已经逐渐意识到,传统UPS的体积庞大、系统维护困难等问题也急需解决。因此,在很多机房改造过程中,开始考虑设计理念更佳的模块化UPS。可以说,“低碳经济”时代的到来,对UPS产品的绿色环保特性提出了新要求,也会大力推进模块化UPS技术的发展。
1 模块化UPS特性分析
模块化是UPS的发展趋势之一,模块化UPS不仅在性能上有很大的改善,而且在可靠性、可维护性以及智能化方面的指标更有显著的提高。与传统UPS相比,模块化UPS主要特性如下:
(1)并联冗余,运行稳定,可靠性高。在模块化UPS中,功率模块部分是并联冗余的,即功率部分是由许多模块并联在一起,它们不分主从,互不依赖,并且均分负载。由独立的监测、报警、通信模块和系统保护用的静态开关模块等几部分组成,不存在集中控制单元,系统没有故障瓶颈。在模块化UPS系统中,只需要购买相应的功率模块,即可实现“N+X”的故障冗余。
(2)维修方便,在线处理,可用性高。在线热插拔是模块化UPS的又一显著特点。因为模块的规格统一,具体实施很简单,更换时间极短,几分钟内完成。相比之下,传统机型是修机器或换板子,从判断故障现象到更换完成、排除故障、设备正常运行,需依技术人员的水平而定,几小时甚至几天不等。模块化UPS提高了系统可用性,使维护更为便捷,同时提升了使用人员对系统的维护能力,降低了设备的故障隐患,确保负载得到佳的保护。
(3)安装简单,扩容方便,节约投资。模块化UPS在物理尺寸和整机重量比传统机型有大幅度改进,为用户节省大量的机房投资、承重加固投资。随着负载的提升,传统UPS就必须更换一台更大容量的UPS来满足使用需求,但模块化UPS则不需要更换整机,只需增加模块数量即可轻松扩容,有效地降低了初期购置和日后的扩容成本,并且可以动态地满足业务发展的需求。
(4)节能、环保的绿色电源。模块化产品由于自身系统架构的优势,整机效率比传统机型有了突破性的进展,在整机效率方面有很大提升。模块化UPS的输入总谐波失真(THDI)一般为5%,同时输入功率因数PF≥0.99,没有无功功率电流输入,不干扰电网并且大幅降低能源的消耗。极大地降低了对电网的污染,有效地减少电网负荷和电源损耗,逆变效率一般为95%,大幅节省电能。
