奥亚特蓄电池使用注意事项
Precautions for using oyate battery
(1) 确认使用条件符合厂家的规格要求。
(1) Confirm that the use conditions meet the specification re of the manufacturer.
(2) 初次使用或长期放置后使用一定要充电。
(2) It must be charged after initial use or long-term storage.
(3) UPS用的电池是用于浮充使用,如果频繁使用蓄电池(类似循环使用),将严重影响蓄电池的涓流寿命。
(3) UPS battery is used for floating charge. If the battery is fre used (similar to recycling), it will seriously affect the trickle life of the battery.
(4) 定期进行蓄电池检查。

(5) 如发现电槽变形及漏液等现象,请不要使用,应以更换

)三侧站设90 个用电设备,总驱动功率90×300W=27000W,考虑到UPS 的输出功率因素0.8 使小UPS 容量为27000W/0.8=33.75KVA,通常使用的UPS 负载在80%。以下对设备寿命有益原则需要容量UPS 增加到33.75KVA/0.8=42.2KVA,又根据标书要求UPS 可靠性采用冗余设计,UPS 容量还需要在增加一只模块的容量即:
42.2KVA+20KVA=62.2KVA,建议设计容量为60KVA。
2)三侧站台控制系统负载为600W,但考虑到负载的变化和控制系统供电的可靠性,选用2个5KVA UPS模块,组成模块冗余供电系统,容量足够且留有余量,也可以扩展其它负载。
5.3.2 三侧站台驱动系统UPS蓄电池容量计算:
1)三侧站台驱动电源在后备时间内需要消耗两部分能量:
(a)在60 分钟内开关各5次
(b)UPS 待机60 分钟
2)开关5次大工作时间为5×(3.5+4.2)=38.5S,27000W 工作38.5S 需要能量
为(38.5S/3600S) ×27000W=173.25WH=288.75WH;
3)UPS 待机60 分钟,电源(UPS)消耗能量(UPS 效率以92%计算大约27KW 的8%即2160W),2160W 在60 分钟内需要能量为:2160W×1H=2160WH
需要的能量为:288.75WH+2160WH=2448.75WH。
4)因为电池电压为480Vdc,需要配置小电池容量为2448.75WH÷480V=5A
根据计算值,查表只要电池容量大于5AH 就可以了,但是实际使用中电池实际放电电流不可以太大,否则会因配置电池太小而不能承受或减少电池寿命。
5)电池大电流设计在3C 到5C 为佳,可以大限度的发挥电池的作用,负载
27000W+2160W以大电流为29160W÷480V÷0.95%=63.94A, 3C 需要电池21.3A,5C 需要电池12.78A。电流为:2160÷480÷0.95=4.74A。(逆变器效率为0.95,每组电池颗数为40只)。
6)因此,查下表,可知驱动电源UPS 选择阳光电池的12V20AH,选择一组在UPS 使用前期电池容量回足够。型号为:A412/20G5.
5.3.3 三侧站台控制电源UPS蓄电池容量计算:
1)控制系统UPS 待机60 分钟,电源(UPS)消耗能量:600W×1H=600VAH;
因为控制UPS 外接电池电压为192Vdc,需要配置小电池容量为600VAH÷
192V=4.2AH;
负载需要的大放电电流为:600W÷192÷0.92=3.96A(逆变器效率为0.92,电池只数为每组16只)。
查上表可知控制电源选择阳光电池的12V8.5AH,一组16 只。型号为:A412/8.5SR。
5.3.4 两侧站UPS系统容量计算
1)三侧站设60个用电设备,总驱动功率60×300W=18000W,考虑到UPS 的输出功率因素0.8 使用小UPS 容量为18000W/0.8=22.5KVA,又根据标书要求UPS 可靠性采用冗余设计,UPS 容量还需要在增加一只模块的容量即:
22.5KVA+20KVA=42.5KVA,建议设计容量为40KVA。
又:考虑到系统中一个模块故障时,系统功率剩余为20KVA,是否可以满足极端情况下60门同时开启的情况?
