Cell culture supernates and other biological fluids - Remove particulates by centrifugation and assay immediately or aliquot and store samples at -20℃or -80℃. 1.      请提前20分钟从冰箱中取出试剂盒，平衡至室温。

2.      从冰箱中取出的浓缩洗涤液可能有结晶，属于正常现象；放置室温，轻摇均匀，待结晶完全溶解后再配置洗涤液。可将20ml浓缩洗涤液用蒸馏水或去离子水稀释配置成400ml工作浓度的洗涤液，未用完的放回4℃

3.      20×洗涤缓冲液的稀释：蒸馏水按1：20稀释，即1份20×洗涤缓冲液加19份蒸馏水。
