一、 本公司提供的售后服务方式

1. 包换服务：包换期内的产品，若出现确因厂方原因造成的质量问题，用户可以到经销商处免费换新(外观损坏，作保修处理)。

3.零地电压对服务器等IT设备及通信设备的影响测试
中国电信电磁防护支撑中心联合华为技术有限公司的技术专家，对服务器等IT设备、DTU数据通信设备进行了零地电压加扰测试，同时对中国电信120多个机房的121台在网设备进行了抽检调研，得出的结论如下：（详见参考文献1）
（1）从对机架式服务器和刀片式服务器的加扰测试结果来看，22V以下的零地电压对这两种服务器无影响。
（2）10V以下的零地电压差对DTU数据通信设备无影响。但在通信系统分散的情况下，零地电位差会对数据通信产生影响，其原因是零地电位差会在数据通信线路的设备端口之间造成地电位差。（笔者注：根据笔者对整个测试报告和报告中所给出的线路图的分析，准确地说，应该是当采用RS232和同轴电缆通信时，由于地电位的差异导致了对数据通信的影响。这里的地电位实际上与输入电源的零地电压无关，它们是完全不同的两个概念，换句话说，如果两台通信设备的地电位差异较大，即使两台通信设备的输入零、地电压等于0，也会对通信有影响。另外，如果采用光纤通信，就不会有影响了。）
（3）通过对122个在网通信机房的调查，在保证设备正常运行的情况下，设备的零地电位差分布在10V以下，建议：数据通信设备的零地电位差应在10V以下。”
从本节的分析可见，可小结如下：
由于IT电源内部的共轭电抗器和Y电容的抑制,特别是高频变压器的隔离，零地电压止于变压器的输入端，根本无法到达12V的直流输出端，所以无法对对IT负载构成影响。
对IT负载而言，“零地电压”与“相地电压”对于IT负载具有同等的“干扰”地位，因此消除零地电压，也就应该同时消除相地电压，这是非常荒谬的结论。
从IT负载电源的对称性分析，理论上看，零地电压与相地电压一样可达220V对IT负载无影响。
六．结论
零线与地线在在所谓的工频机与高频机内部都是从输入端到输出端直接贯通的，其产生与消除的机理完全一样，都可以使其小于1V以下，关键是厂商是否愿意投入这样做。
不管在UPS输出端还是在楼层配电输出端采取什么样的降低零地电压的措施，都无法保证机柜IT负载输入端的零地电压满足小于1V的要求，而IT负载端的零地电压高低才是可能引发前言中提到的“5大被忽悠的致命问题”的根源。
任何仅保证UPS输出端或在楼层配电端加隔离变压器来实现零地电压小于1V的做法都不过是自欺欺人的自我安慰而已。
通过对IT负载电源4大变换级中的高频变压器变换级的分析，及“零地电压”与“相地电压”的技术比较，尽管对IT负载的正常工作而言，零地电压可达220V对IT负载无影响，但是综合中国电信的测试数据，笔直认为20V以下的零地电压对现代IT负载不会有任何影响（但需要关注此时的相地电压是否正常）。
因此，本文的后笔直建议数据机房用户应科学地看待零地电压及其大小问题，走出零地电压的技术误区，以避免无谓的浪费和对整个机房电源系统可靠性的损害。
