1. 包换服务：包换期内的产品，若出现确因厂方原因造成的质量问题，用户可以到经销商处免费换新(外观损坏，作保修处理)。

装配压力:提高电池的装配压力,以提高蓄电池的循环使用寿命。采用了高强度紧装配技术,确保蓄电池紧装配压力得以实现。
(5)电解液:降低硫酸电解液的比重,并添加特殊的电液添加剂,可以降低对极板的腐蚀,减少电液分层的产生,提高了电池的充电接受能力和过放电性能。
(6)杂质的控制:对各种材料的杂质(如Sb、Fe、Ni等)进行严格控制,特别是合金中杂质的控制,降低了电池的自放电,杜绝了负极总线腐蚀现象的发生。
(7)正负活性物质的配比:针对光伏系统用储能VRLA蓄电池的充放电特点,调整了正负活性物质的配比,提高蓄电池的循环寿命。
(8)安全阀:对安全阀还考虑了海拔2500m以上的高原气候的影响,特别调整了开闭阀的压力,采用专用安全阀。
(9)电池结构:降低了电池总高度。采用矮型结构,可以大大降低由于电液分层现象导致蓄电池的使用寿命和容量受到不利影响。但由于胶体电池不易出现电解液分层现场,无此限制。
(10)蓄电池各单体电池的一致性:这里提到的一致性不仅是指电池的开路电压,初期容量,还包括电池的内阻、自放电,以及充电效率等,这就要求足够的制造精度,即从铅粉、铸片、和膏、涂片、固化、化成、干燥装配、加酸、充电到后的四项功能检测都必须控制在较小的公差范围内,所以采用机铸、机涂、组立机装配以及精确注酸是确保电池一致性的可靠保证,尽量减少人为因素。
5 结束语
光伏发电系统由于其转化效率低、成本高,又没有相应配套的鼓励发展的法律法规,使得光伏系统发展较慢,但发展新型能源是大势所趋,必将得到高速发展。而储能蓄电池目前主要包括镉镍蓄电池和铅酸蓄电池，其中镉镍电池正逐步被淘汰。铅酸蓄电池包括富液式和贫液式，必将在近几年光伏发电系统迅速发展情况下会得到广泛的应用
随着通信技术的迅猛发展,行业之间的竞争越来越激烈,随之而来的是要求供电的质量越来越高,给电源维护人员提出了更高的要求,保证电源供电“零”中断。要达到“零”中断就必须使用UPS,所以UPS在通信行业的供电系统中得到了广泛的应用,要想让UPS长期良好地运行,维护工作至关重要。
果设备配备合理、维护到位和认真操作,实现电源供电“零”中断也不是难事。
1 UPS在供电系统中的应用
UPS在供电系统中是必不可少的核心设备,但是它不能保证长时间不断电。UPS的供电时间主要由所配备的蓄电池组容量和性能来决定,通信行业一般情况下按30min配备(过去按15min配备)。但是电力供电系统一旦停电,时间就很长,光靠蓄电池组很难维持长时间供电。UPS供电系统如图1所示。

UPS的输出要想做到长期不间断的供电,它需要外接电源(另路市电或柴油发电机组,以下简称油机)的支撑来完成,如果外接电源配置合理,使UPS输入断电的时间缩短,UPS蓄电池组的容量配备就可以大为减小，既节省了占地空间也降低了成本，更主要的是提高了UPS所带负载供电的可靠性。
一个完整的UPS供电系统大致由以下几部分组成:市电、油机、UPS、蓄电池,缺一不可。如果将市电转油机供电的时间缩短，蓄电池组放电的时间就缩短了，提高了UPS供电的安全性和可靠性。
