应一、背景描述
经过几十年的发展，我国的广电行业得到了长足的发展，建成了世界上覆盖人口多的广播影视传输覆盖网络。中国已建成广播电视播出机构2500多座，播出的广播和电视节目分别达到2300多套、1200多套，每年生产电影片2 0 0 多部，广播电视发射台转播台7 万多座，微波线路9 万多公里，120多套广播节目，有线电视网络400多万公里，有线电视用户 1.15亿，广播电视人口综合覆盖率分别为 94.05％，95.29％；收音机、电视机社会拥有量分别达 5亿台，彩电的家庭普及率城市为130.5％、农村为67.8％。广播电视已成为我国为普及、为便捷的信息工具和信息载体。广播电视业务主要包括在向数字化和产业化发展的过程中，DVB（数字视频播出）、IPTV（网络电视）、DBS（直播卫星）等新技术其使用的设备重要性很高，不允许断电。
本文就根据某一地方电视台的具体需求做一方案，并对该方案做简单的说明。
二、 电视台用户需求
该用户已备有柴油发电机组145KW（常用功率）/160KW（备用功率），一套设备；630KVA市电/油机切换柜（ATS）一台，及交流配电柜、精密空调设备等。 在配置设计UPS电源时有如下两个方面的要求。
2.1广播电视台播出系统对UPS电源系统的功能和容量上的需求：
1．能配合原有发电机使用，提高电视台输出设备负载的供电的可靠性。
2．UPS的输入功率因数要高、输入总谐波要小,以免影响上游的其它设备。
3． 负载初容量不超过45KVA，但随着业务的逐渐扩大会陆续扩展到120KVA甚至更高，但是总系统容量不会超过240KVA。
4. 要求UPS电源系统容量要随着负载的增多而逐渐增加，扩容时不允许负载断电或状旁路工作，操作简单，并且始终保持N+X的冗余配置。
5．机房空间有限，希望系统的配置能以省空间的方式摆置，并且要兼顾承重问题，避免发生楼层结构的破坏。
6．电池配置佳优化，提高电池利用率，以减少购置成本、安装空间及承重方面的投资。
7．UPS要能提供近端或远端的快速关机功能，一旦发生地震、火灾等紧急情况，能快速关断,避免发生更严重的损失。
8．要求UPS电源模块化设计，在UPS模块出现故障时，不需要转旁路，有效减少旁路供电对电视台输出设备的断电停机风险。
2.2对绿色节能环保上的要求
1.要求UPS具有更高的输入功率因数，减少无功损耗。
2.要求UPS具有更低谐波畸变THDI≤5%，有效的减少对电网的干扰。
3.要求UPS具有更高的系统效率，减少设备的耗电量，并有效减少设备设备发热量，降低对空调系统的配置要求。
4.要求UPS具有更小的设备体积，有效减少设备占用空间，提高机房面积的利用率。
