应急电源(EPS)是根据消防设施、应急照明、事故照明等一级负荷供电设备需要而组成的电源设备。产品由互投装置、自动充电器、逆变器及蓄电池组等构成。在交流电网正常时逆变器不工作,经过互投装置给重要负载供电。当交流电网中断后,互投装置将会立即投切至逆变电源供电。当电网电压恢复时,应急电源又将恢复为电网供电。
应急电源在电网停电时,能在不同场合为各种用电设备供电。它适用范围广、负载适应性强、安装方便、效率高。采用集中供电的应急电源可克服其他供电方式的诸多缺点。减少不必要的电能浪费。在应急事故、照明等用电场所,它与长期连续行的UPS相比较,具有更高的性能价格比。
目前EPS采用的控制方式和控制手段不同,针对EPS所带的负载可以归纳为三种:一是主要用于应急照明和事故照明的EPS;二是除了应急照明、事故照明之外,还有应用于空调、电梯、卷帘门、排气风机、水泵等混合负载的三相系列EPS;三是直接给电动机供电的变频系列EPS。以下介绍供电给混合负载的三相系列EPS。
文中采用台达公司的应急电源变频器,产品研制开发了一种应急电源控制系统,可有效减轻工作人员的负担,提高电网在紧急断电情况下的优化运行程度,增强系统抗干扰性,避免硬件老化损失。
2 系统分析
EPS解决方案主要利用变频器担当消防系统风机水泵卷帘门的逆变交流电机驱动功能。EPS专用变频器能够真正地实现共直流母线的连接,从而不仅能够应用于EPS行业,也可以应用于化纤、玻璃制造行业中。专用变频器和同步卡配套使用,可以实现输入、输出相位相同,从而满足特殊场合的应用。针对EPS行业电机驱动的特殊性,此变频器主要增加自动转矩补偿、转矩补偿限制、异常再启动等参数,来满足特殊行业需求。与变频器相配套的EPS充电模块为客户降低了成本,减少了沉重的变压器,降低了运输费用。
2.1 EPS专用变频器概述
EPS专用变频器的一个主要特点就是能够实现共用直流母线,从而扩展了应用领域。同时内部的接触器和软启动电路的直流化满足了其电池直接启动的需求。EPS专用变频器通过搭配适当低通滤波器和变压器,能够构成可靠性很高的混合性负载专用逆变器,并且保证逆变器的输出电压稳定性和波形平滑性。
2.2 EPS专用变频器的功能
(1)变频器的辅助电源、软启动电路接触器都采用直流电源,因此可以完全实现直接直流供电。
(2)超强的硬件和软件保护功能,保证了变频器可靠性。
(3)内含多种调制方式,能够适用于多种变压器,从而保证了输出端电压波形更接近于正弦波。
(4)EPS专用变频器有AC380V、AC220V两种规格,功率范围从0～220kW,可以满足客户不同场合的需求。
(5)同步卡的采用保证了输入输出相位相同。
