奥亚特蓄电池使用注意事项
Precautions for using oyate battery
(1) 确认使用条件符合厂家的规格要求。

(2) 初次使用或长期放置后使用一定要充电。
(2) It must be charged after initial use or long-term storage.
(3) UPS用的电池是用于浮充使用,如果频繁使用蓄电池(类似循环使用),将严重影响蓄电池的涓流寿命。

(4) 定期进行蓄电池检查。

近几年来,广电行业基础设施以及环境建设都取得了很大的成绩,但是从专业的角度来讲,还是有很多可以优化和改善的地方。广电行业新的技术模式和业务模式对一切业务和应用的基础——电源系统建设提出了更多要求和新的挑战。
IDC或MDC以及民航空管部门等重要负载对供电系统的要求需要达到“6个9”,即99.9999%,这些重要用户一年内所能承受的停电时间不能大于31.8s(见表1),即每天的停电不得多于0.09s,否则将给这些重要负载带来不可估量的损失,而广播系统的要求更高。为此,需要分析供电系统不同方案的优缺点,采用适合用户使用的佳方案,除了确保高可用性外,还使系统在线扩容成为可能,并可以升级。
对于供电系统的建设,一般情况下可分为7个子系统来建设:即高压配电系统、发电机系统、低压切换系统、不间断电源系统、低压配电系统、机房防雷和接地系统以及监控系统等。这些子系统既相互独立,又相互关联。需要根据系统整体的要求来进行统一设计。
1 系统可靠性的基本知识
系统可用性A(t)的定义为:电子系统在使用过程中(尤其在不间断连续使用的条件下),可以正常使用的时间与总时间之比。系统可用性可用平均无故障时间MTBF(是设备失效率λ的倒数)和平均维修时间MTTR表示,即:

由式(1)可以看出,要提高系统的可用性,根本的两项措施是提高设备的可靠性和降低系统故障修复时间。
要提高设备的可靠性,通常的做法是:采用先进的主电路结构和控制技术,对整机做专门的可靠性设计,包括控制电路的可靠性设计、功率电路和功率器件的可靠性设计、提高功率器件的规格和档次并降容使用、热可靠性设计、耐环境可靠性计、电磁兼容可靠性设计、安全性可靠性设计、严格生产工艺、加强质量管理等。
根据数学家Erich Pieruschka对串联系统的分析得出了有关产品可靠度的Lusser定律,其表述形式是

也就是说,一个串联系统的可靠度即是该系统所连接的子系统的可靠度之乘积。因此,系统的可靠度要远远低于其中任何子系统的可靠度。
但是,组成UPS主机的上千个元器件和几千个接点,在可靠性模型图上是串联的,整个系统的可用性是这些器件和接点可靠度的乘积,所以以上措施对提高设备的可靠性虽然是有效的,但效果是有限的。
另外,整个供电系统除了UPS以外,还有高压配电系统、低压切换系统、柴油发电机系统、低压配电系统等,它们也是串联的系统。
基于以上分析,供电系统的架构从UPS单机系统发展到UPS冗余并机系统,一直到新的双总线双电源系统。
2 配电系统和低压切换系统及柴油发电机组的可靠性
由于广电系统的重要性,目前基本上都采用了双路市电供电模式,并且有的配备了柴油发电机组。
