产品认证模式（5 systems of attestation of conformity)
根据第三方机构参与程度划分：
System 1+ product certification comprising the issuing of a certificate of constancy of performance with determination of the product-type, continuous surveillance and audit testing by a notified product certification body(产品认证:包括性能认证证书的颁发，由公告的产品认证机构确定产品类型、持续监视和审核测试)
System 1 product certification comprising the issuing of a constancy of performance with determination of the product-type and continuous surveillance by a notified product certification body（产品认证，包括产品性能认证的颁发，由公告的产品认证机构确定产品类型和持续监视）
System 2+ factory production control certification with continuous surveillance by a notified factory production control certification body（由公告的工厂生产控制认证机构进行工厂生产控制认证和连续监控）
System 3 determination of product type by a notified testing laboratory(由公告的测试实验室确定产品类型)
System 4 manufacturer’s tasks only.(只有生产商的职责)
关于夹心板，欧盟执行标准为EN 14509，对于EN 14509。依据不同的防火级别及用途。system 一共可以分system 1,system 3,system 4,见标准截取内容如下
1,如果企业产品在生产过程中添加阻燃剂或限制有机材料。对火的有分类反应，那就么执行system1.按机构和工厂职责，样品需要送到机构实验室测试，工厂要接受机构机构的工厂审核。样品检测通过，工厂审核通过机机构会发CE证书
2,如果是system 1未覆盖的产品，可以执行system 3,system 3的要求样品送到国外机构实验室测试，工厂可以自己控制生产过程，可以不接受机构的工厂审核。样品测试通过，才能依据标准颁发CE证书。
3,如果是不需要对火反应进行测试的产品/材料执行system 4，system 4类测试是工厂的职责，生产控制也是工厂的职责。机构只需要颁发system 4的CE证书即可。
